Une entreprise sérieuse et à l’écoute
Nous avons réservé un trajet entre Matemwe et Jambiani avec Taxi & Tours. Le conducteur, nouveau dans la région, a eu quelques difficultés, mais nous avons partagé notre retour à Luqman, le fondateur de la société. Celui-ci a été très réactif : il s’est excusé, a pris nos remarques au sérieux et nous a offert un trajet en dédommagement, qu’il a lui-même assuré. Ce deuxième trajet s’est très bien passé.
On sent que Luqman est investi : il forme lui-même ses conducteurs et leur apprend l’anglais. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse donnent envie de soutenir son entreprise.

We rented a driver for a full day of plans we had. He was incredible. He told us to call him teacher. He told us all about the island and also took us to all of our planned destinations.
